We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges on full-priced items returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Sale items are eligible for an online credit only.
Please ensure all garments are returned in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept items that do not meet these criteria.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email — it’s a 5-digit number starting with “#”.
You’ll need this number when submitting your return request, so be sure to have it on hand.

To ensure the fastest delivery possible, your order may be fulfilled from multiple locations — including our warehouse and select boutiques across Australia.
This means your items might arrive in separate deliveries. If you haven’t received all your pieces yet, rest assured they’re on their way.

If you paid using Zippy or Afterpay, please note that a 4% processing fee is applied to returned items. This fee is retained by the payment provider and is therefore deducted from your refund amount.

Yes — you’re welcome to visit one of our boutiques to exchange your online purchase for an item of equal or greater value.
However, refunds for online orders cannot be processed in store. If you’d like to request a refund, please head to our Returns Portal to begin your return online.

At this time, online gift cards or store credits can only be redeemed via our website. Likewise, gift cards purchased in our boutiques are redeemable in-store only.

We offer complimentary return shipping within Australia when you request an exchange or store credit on full-priced items. For change-of-mind online orders, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
For international orders, return shipping costs are not covered by MANNING CARTELL. You’re welcome to return your item using a courier of your choice. Please ensure your full name and order number are clearly labelled on the package along with the tracking details.

- Duties and taxes are non-refundable, unless the item is confirmed faulty by our team.
- Any unpaid duties or import taxes may be deducted from your refund.
- Final sale items (discounted by 60% or more) are not eligible for return unless confirmed faulty by our team.

Yes — sale items can be returned for a credit note or exchanged for another size (subject to availability).

- Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- They are redeemable online only and not in-store.
