Starting March 2024, we are introducing an adjustment to our free shipping criteria for online orders. These changes will provide us the tools to enhance your online experience.

Free Standard Shipping (Domestic) • applies to orders over $300AUD
Free Express Shipping (International) • applies to orders over $500AUD

We will ship your item to you as quickly as possible however, please note we're experiencing delays due to a high volume of orders. During this period, please allow an additional 2 - 5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

Be aware, MANNING CARTELL cannot be held liable for delays in shipping made by Couriers. MANNING CARTELL does not ship to P.O Boxes. Please see below the postage costs specific for your country.

NOTICE ON DELAYS

Please be aware that due to an unforeseen technical error on April 25th 2024, we are currently experiencing slight delays in order fulfillment. Please rest assured that our team is working diligently to expedite the processing of all orders however, we anticipate that there may still be some temporary disruptions as we work through this backlog. We expect all outstanding orders to be processed and shipped out by Wednesday 1st May.

MANNING CARTELL offer a Click and Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from a MANNING CARTELL boutique (Please note our Boutiques are located in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth). If your order is eligible for Click and Collect, this service will automatically show up as an option at the check out page. Our customer care team will send you a ‘Ready for Collection’ email when your order is ready to be collected. Please refer to our Boutiques Page for our store trading hours.

MANNING CARTELL offer same day delivery in certain regions of Australia for orders placed before 10am AEST, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If your order is eligible for same day delivery, this service will automatically show up as an option at the check out page. Same Day Delivery has a flat rate fee of $25.00. All international orders are shipped Express with our service partner, DHL Express.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to Customs and import duty fees in the destination country. MANNING CARTELL is not responsible for duties and taxes on international orders. Please contact your local customs office to confirm fees and information regarding import taxes prior to placing an order. Please note, online orders are not processed on Australian Public Holidays or over the weekends.

Please note MANNING CARTELL does not cover the cost of returns. International orders that have unpaid duties or taxes will be deducted from the refund amount.

We reserve the right to cancel or temporarily hold an order in the circumstance that we have sufficient grounds to believe that the order is fraudulent or has fraudulent characteristics. In such instances, we will attempt to make contact to the buyer using the email address and/or number provided at the time of the booking and request that a proof of identity be provided before releasing your order. In the event we are not able to make contact, or the information provided is not satisfactory, MANNING CARTELL have the right to cancel your order without notification.
